Dr. Suzanne Pastore received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Rochester in 1991 and her Medical Doctorate from Albany Medical College in 1995. She completed her residency at Franklin Square Hospital, a Johnâs Hopkins affiliate, in 1999.Â During her residency she received awards for Special Excellence in Endoscopic Procedures, Top Senior Resident in Colposcopy, and Resident of the Year.Â She has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manhattan since 1999 and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. In addition to her practice here in New York she has done charitable medical missionary work in Jamaica with the Christian Medical and Dental Society, St. Lucia with Catholic Medical Missions, Nicaragua with the University of Texas at Gavelstonâs Family Practice Department and El Salvador with Helping Hands Medical Missions.
Dr. Stephanie Lam Â received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University Of New York at Binghamton in 1994 and her Medical Degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1999.Â She completed her residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York in 2003 and since then has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manhattan as faculty at Beth Israel.Â At Beth Israel she served as Assistant Residency Director from 2004-2006.Â She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Â She is proficient in Spanish.
Dr. Lucy P. Gade received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from New York University in 1994 and her Masters of Public Health Degree from the New York University Graduate School of Education in 1996. She then went on to receive her Medical Doctorate from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Lukeâs/Roosevelt Hospital Center in Manhattan in 2004 where she served as Administrative Chief. During her residency she received the David B. Crawford Prize âHonoring the resident physician who most personifies unusual integrity, generosity, and the selflessness in their professional lifeâ. She also received the Columbia University Resident Teaching Award. In 2009 she served as the Director of the Resident Colposcopy Clinic at Beth Israel Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She speaks Italian fluently and conversational Spanish.
Dr. Youyin Choy received her Bachelor of Science Degree at Cornell University in 1993 and her Medical Doctorate at the State University of New York College of Medicine in Brooklyn with Honors in 1997. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) at Newark where she received the Outstanding Laparoendoscopic Award and the New Jersey Maternal Fetal Medicine Society research award. Before her current practice, Dr. Choy was a full time faculty member and Assistant Professor of Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York University School of Medicine and earned a teaching award for her dedication to teaching medical students. Throughout her career she has published articles in many peer reviewed journals. She is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Choy speaks both Mandarin and Cantonese.
Dr. Lana Selitsky received her Bachelor of Science Degree at Stony Brook University in 1999 and her Medical Degree from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005. After completing her residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, Dr. Selitsky began working as an attending in general Obstetrics and Gynecology and part time Family Planning in 2009. Her accomplishments have been recognized throughout her career by receiving honors such as the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Medical Student Teaching Award from 2005-2009 and the Blumenthal Senior Research Award in 2009. She has also been publicly recognized in her field by presenting at an ACOG District II meeting, at the 8th European Congress of Menopause, London, and through co-authoring âWhat Factors Influence Womenâs Contraceptive Decisions?â She is a member of the American Medical Association and a Junior Fellow in the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Selitsky speaks Russian fluently.
